    Slice the baguette diagonally into pieces about 1.5 cm (approx. 0.6 inches) thick.

    Heat olive oil for toasting baguette in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange the sliced baguette and toast each side for about 1 minute 30 seconds until golden brown. A toaster oven can also be used!

    Place your favorite cheese on the toasted baguette and bake in a toaster oven or similar until the cheese melts. You can also cover the frying pan and cook over low heat!
